Most holy is your name, most holy is your Word. The moment I called out, you stepped in; you made my life large with strength.
Psalm 138:3 MSG
Somewhere in the darkness is the imperceptible glimmer of hope that comes to the heart of a pilgrim during a trial. The recognition of hope may be the result of a friend's prayer, intercession by Jesus your Lord, who always lives to intercede for you (see Hebrews 7:25), or the Holy Spirit, who intercedes with "groans that words cannot express" (Romans 8:26). This grain of hope leads the pilgrim to cry out to "the One and Only" (John 1:14). It turns the pilgrim's eye from poverty of soul to the greatness and sufficiency of God. Today, as you meditate on God's Word, turn your eyes to the possibilities that exist in God's answer. Consider and give way to hope in God.
