Indeed, you will recognize that the spectacular cover graphic was created directly from one of these exceptional works of art. A number of years ago, after I wrote the book of quiet times, A Heart That Dances, on intimacy with Christ, I met Kathleen at a conference in Minnesota where I was speaking. Apparently Kathleen had begun a series of paintings of ballerinas entitled God’s Compassion – Our Dance With Him, and soon thereafter, she led others in a study of A Heart That Dances quiet times. Of course, this was no coincidence, but a divine appointment from God for two dancers.
