Jesus is our example. Taking periodic breaks to fellowship with His Father was the habit of His life…He intentionally set aside a time in advance and purposely made a plan to do it. He went to the wilderness. He purposely chose a certain place that would be conducive to His time with His Father. And then He prayed.
