Are you in need of refreshment? Are you exhausted and in need of some quiet rest?
Then step away from everything for a few hours and spend some time with the Lord. He has a way of being able to feed hungry hearts and fill depleted souls.
Listen to His promise in Jeremiah 31:25 —
I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint.

Today, dear friend, is the day to grab the words of that promise and sit alone with your Lord, asking Him to refresh your weary soul. He will. He promises.
"Dear Lord, thank You for Your promise to refresh the weary and satisfy the faint. I pray for You to fulfill those words in my life today. In Jesus' name, Amen."
