Jesus replied, "Anyone who drinks this water will soon become thirsty again. But those who drink the water I give will never be thirsty again. It becomes a fresh, bubbling spring within them, giving them eternal life."

Where do you run in life—for rest, for refreshment, for satisfaction, for help in a time of trouble? In the midst of all your responsibilities, circumstances, conflicts, and cares, there is a standing invitation to you from Jesus Christ, the King of kings and Lord of lords. He says, "Come to Me." Will you go to Him? The world demands that you work harder and faster so that you can add more to your already growing list of responsibilities. Jesus bids you to lay aside those things for a time, withdraw, find a quiet place, and draw near to Him.
